What are your hours of operation?
All Wash Your Stuff locations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can wash your vehicle whenever it fits your schedule.
What is the max clearance height for the self-wash bays?
Clearance varies by location and bay:
- Grand Prairie: 9’5″ to 12’10”
- Grapevine: 7’2″ to 13’5″
- Keller: 7’2″ to 10’6″
Does your touch-free automatic car wash wash trucks?
Our touch-free automatic washes can accommodate pickup trucks, including dually trucks.
- Keller and Grapevine: Up to 7’2″ tall
- Grand Prairie: Up to 9’10” tall (can accommodate vans and larger trucks)
Please ensure your vehicle does not have trailers or aftermarket accessories that could affect clearance.
We also recommend checking the length and width restrictions posted at the pay station at each location before entering the wash.
Will a dually truck fit through the laser wash?
Yes, all of our touch-free automatic car wash machines are designed to accommodate pickup trucks, including dually trucks.
Is your automatic car wash safe for my new mini convertible?
Yes, our touch-free machines are safe for most vehicles. However, we recommend avoiding use if your vehicle has loose parts or aftermarket accessories that could be affected.
Is your automatic car wash safe for carbon fiber?
Yes, both our touch-free and self-service equipment are safe for carbon fiber wrap, provided it has been properly installed. If the wrap is damaged or lifting, we recommend avoiding washing until it is repaired.
Do you wash exotic cars?
Yes, many customers travel from surrounding areas to use our self-service car wash bays and touch-free automatic machines for their exotic vehicles.

Does washing different items have a different cost in your self-service bays?
Our self-service car wash bays are time-based, meaning you pay the same rate per minute regardless of the type of vehicle. Pricing may vary by location, so please visit your local Wash Your Stuff page for current rates.
What is the price of your touch-free wash?
Our touch-free automatic car wash packages are priced based on the level of service you select. Pricing may vary by location, so please visit your local Wash Your Stuff page for current package options and rates.
What vacuums do you have and how much do they cost?
We offer high-powered car wash vacuums with strong suction, along with shampoo vacs, fragrance vacs, air vacs, and air-detail tools. Equipment and pricing may vary by location, so please visit your local page for details.
Can I purchase gift cards?
Yes, prepaid car wash credits can be purchased and sent to others. Recipients can download the Coinless app and access their credits after registering.

What is Coinless App and WashClub?
Our Coinless car wash app allows you to pay from your phone and includes a built-in 10% bonus. For every $50 loaded, you receive $5 in free car wash credits.
Wash Club is our monthly car wash membership program, starting at $20 per month. Members receive up to double the value in wash credits:
- $20/month → $40 in car wash credits
- $30/month → $60 in car wash credits

About Our wash your stuff Pet wash & Pet Park
Where is your pet-wash located and what is the price?
We offer pet wash stations at our Grapevine and Irving car wash locations. Grapevine features three outdoor pet wash stations, while Irving includes one indoor pet wash. Each station is equipped with shampoos, conditioners, air dryers, and more.

Does the dog wash have warm water or cold water?
We have warm water.
What sizes of dogs can I bathe at your place?
There is no size limit for our pet wash stations. They are designed to accommodate dogs of all sizes, so you can bring your furry friend and enjoy the wash.
